our first step?
We meet over a cup of coffee, over the phone, via Skype, or in the comfort of your own home. It can be as short or as long as you like. We get down and we get specific – what do you want to do? Who do you see yourself doing it with? We’ll bounce around ideas and options, we’ll answer questions and offer you suggestions to help you fine-tune your ideas and focus in on your dream travel experience.
So what happens after your done describing your dreams to us?
Step 1
We mobilise our resources to create a detailed itinerary just for you, based on all the juicy info we learned in our brainstorming sesh. We work with you to refine the details of your travel plans until you are positively bursting with anticipation!
Step 2
We start confirming all the arrangements, and our regular updates give you 100% confidence that everything is on track. We’ll recommend you purchase travel insurance at this point, and will happily provide you with information on several different providers.
Step 3
60 days before your departure date you’ll provide payment in full and receive your detailed itinerary, complete with day-to-day details, fun tips, and fabulous information guaranteed to help you make the most of your holiday.
Personalised travel arrangements are our speciality and we love putting together a holiday that will be perfect for you, so we never take on more than five clients a month. Limiting our client list means that when we’re working together you get 100% of our attention and enthusiasm – we love travel and we want you to love it, too!
What about pricing + payment?
It’s simple! We don’t charge planning fees (unless all you wants an itinerary). Instead, we take a cut of hotels, tour payments and trip insurance – and best of all it usually works out no more expensive for you than if you purchase the products direct over the internet.
